I just might! Good call, Sir!

They send you an email with a company header, but if you try and find that company online, they have no presence. When asked why, they're doing "maintenance" or "reworking it." But the email has a a physical address "435 Creekside Dr Suite K
Amherst, NY 14228." There's no company with their name.

They use good cop/bad cop. They have someone call saying they're trying to serve papers, then transfer you to someone named Chastity. She proceeds to berrate and yell at your grandparents, making them to afraid to ask follow up questions. Then David steps in to calmly reassure this is all legit.

I found 2 other scam companies run by the same man listed as operations officer (David Segal) with the same physical address in upstate NY (which is a food distribution building for a pizzeria and deli chain):

Interesting. Here in Arizona we're going to have a similar situation in early January/late December.

Is it normal for the UK to get snow this time of year? I sadly know absolutely nothing about UK climate.
