Colorado must lead the way in protecting lgbtq+ people.

I just ate breakfast in Longmont, Colorado. And three gender queer people walked in. They cannot erase us. Just pisses us off enough, we will mobilize.

I’m already seeing people pull resources together. We have the internet and more information than we’ve ever had. I think the queer elders have more responsibility here since we’ve been down this road. Whether the youth want to listen to us is up to them.

My concern, here come an analogy. You can’t just wear expensive, nice socks, and then go back to the cheap ones with holes in it. How do we move forward?

It’s the only reason why I’m still on Instagram is to promote. I’m suggesting grabbing people’s emails during your production, and connecting directly. It’s a little bit more work, but it will pay off in the end. Also newsletters.

The inauguration was less than a week ago. Prepare your nervous system for the end times.

I always have a small project in the background. May it be a zine or a painting, something to keep my hands busy when the production stops. That and a spa day. After years of feeling the discomfort of the letdown, I realized I can harness it & keep the creative work flow w/o the post show blues.
