The reason why the USA has an immigration problem is the resources they have available. They do not have enough Judges to process the number of asylum claims and yet, they were able to process the shooter in 5 months & land him.

Worth noting that these are by and large in black and brown communities. That's a whole lot in Cedar-Riverside, Near North, and North, as well as along Franklin and Lake. Nothing south of Lake is really telling.
