If my kids were still school age there’s no effing way I’d sit them in front of a computer on what should be a snow day. They’d just be absent! NBD!
I understand why the schools are doing it but is there a worse substitution than replacing "Snow Day" with "Pivot To Remote Learning?"

A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.
