When I was in middle school, before I knew youtube-mp3 converter, I used a jack cord to redirect audio from my computer to the mic entry and recorded sounds from YouTube on Audacity
It was anything but practical and the sound was awful but I felt like a genius

Last night in a bout of insomnia, watched one of my fave episodes of Adventure Time. Finn enters the spirit world, and only Ice King can see him because of his stanky old wizard eyes. The spirits are genuinely upsetting. This is what being a wizard is like! Seeing this all the time!
