It really is such a stereotypically "Khayyaam" answer that the oldest PC RPG I've played is an X-Men adaptation that inexplicably has LMBS. That sounds like a bit my friends would make up to poke fun at me but it's a fact.

thinking on this, I think the first time I actually noticed this was when Harmonix put out a new Amplitude game in 2016
excellent game, lots of fun, a worthy successor to FreQuency and the original Amplitude for sure, plenty of great music... but what happened to all the hip-hop?

something i really cant stand is when people fail to acknowledge that something in a game is in fact, giving them a difficult time but they refuse to see it as such. it's like aspects of games are only difficult if they deem it to be. phrases like "artificial difficulty" or "not hard just annoying"-

People always talk about how much influence ROM Spaceknight or transformers had on the marvel universe that can't be brought up today because of licensing issues but never mention KISS. I wonder why (I know why)

the whole thing reminds me a lot of a post i saw, i forget if it was here or elsewhere, went something like "i opened a game's accessibility menu and found a bunch of cheat codes and no option to resize the subtitles"

The key thing to notice about these reviews, and reviews of Arcade games in general, is how its a critique of the Structure itself, not the gameplay, not really
The crime itself is it being an Arcade game, regardless of the games actual quality
