Harris's record as a national politician was on the far left edge of the Democratic Party. She explicitly cultivated that image in the way she voted.

I feel like the Deciding to Win faction points out that a major issue was exactly that a moderate was not nominated in the last very important close race and that the next time the opportunity presents itself, the nominee should be more of a moderate (and they get yelled at for saying this)
