We're at the point where ICE cosplaying as soldiers have to be distinguished from actual National Guard members.
KNOW THE DIFFERENCE: Minnesota National Guard under Gov Walz's command will not be wearing facemasks and will have reflective vests on. This will distinguish them from the people cosplaying for ICE/CBP/DHS.

In Crimea the vote was held by the Russian troops. There wasn't an option to vote to stay a part of Ukraine on the ballot. That's entirely different from states running elections. Also, obviously, America is WAY bigger, so the ratio of voters to armed men would actually matter.
Jamelle, you don't need that many troops to rig a vote. Look at the 'annexation referendum' in Crimea. Thr simple presence of armed men at polling places is suppression, regardless of how many there are.
