Fuck it I'm curious seeing some stuff talked about in regards to tourney timings, #compsplatoon what do we want to see from ourselves in terms of our culture? Like, I feel a lot of people talk about how the culture we have isnt ideal, but what do we wanna do about it? This is for everything, not 1/2

I agree with this statement, I've reached pretty high ranks in other games and splatoon is just really hard. The TTK is insanely fast, mechanics matter here alot than other games, high APM, over 100 variation of maps/weapons, and gear building. At least getting into competitive matches is easy.
something i think we don't recognize enough is how genuinely difficult splatoon is
like. it is the fastest paced shooter game out there, with the most unique movement mechanics, and you've either got MOTION CONTROLS or sticks without aim assist
