I wonder if there's anyone going to GovCamp next week from PDS who might be persuaded to talk to a building full of public sector tech leaders about this? But I suspect it isn't the tech leaders who made this decision.

Option A: do basically nothing but maybe slap a bit of spreadsheet formulae on it and hope for the best.
Option B: the best idea I have ever had, costs the earth, would change how everything works.
Option C: what I think we should actually do given budgets and appetite.
