I used to write laws… then I invented Knee Defender. ex-HPSCI, ex-Senate tech, taxes, trade/FP, ethics, antitrust… crime & even reputed parliamentarian
Well, maybe not. I shall try to get an answer from someone I know who does research using rats.

Good question. I assumed (🤷🏻‍♂️) it'd be pretty good, else they wouldn't do these studies. Not an especially rigorous assessment by me, but hey. Anyway, you inspired me to find this www.nature.com/articles/s41..., which I have not yet read, but seems likely to provide insight.

I get that. And in other sorts of matters, 🤷🏻‍♂️. But on this one, on ones _like_ this, no. There's an outrageous number of deaths and serious injuries to which (as we lawyers say) Trump's actions have been the proximate cause. This isn't one of them.

Of course, YMMV.

If he did travel X-country to DC, and acted alone, then for all we know now, even with no troops on DC's streets he might have been so angry or upset or whatever to have come here anyway and shot other people.

Regardless, Trump's deployment of troops, wrong as it is, isn't to blame for this.

… IANAD. I am not asserting as facts anything about the long-term effects, if any, on RFKjr of his admitted use of heroin starting at 15 and for >10 years. It's just my lay-opinion that studies on this subject are noteworthy for anyone looking to understand RFKjr's decisions & actions as HHS Sec'y.

Another study: "Adolescent Opioid Abuse: Role of Glial and Neuroimmune Mechanisms"

"[O]pioid abuse during adolescence […] can cause long-lasting neurobiological, cognitive, affective, and behavioral dysfunctions. The net result is an impaired brain function that lasts into adulthood."

If you think studies w/ mice & rats cld be applicable to humans, then RFKjr's adolescent use of heroin may be a part of the problem. Eg, "Adolescent morphine exposure induced long-term cognitive impairment and prefrontal neurostructural abnormality in adulthood in male mice"

But golly, should we be surprised Trump wants his manspreading ballroom to be bigger than the White House? Recall, on 9/11 after the WTC twin towers collapsed, one of his first takes was to brag about his 40 Wall Street building – "And now it’s the tallest."
