Another study: "Adolescent Opioid Abuse: Role of Glial and Neuroimmune Mechanisms"

"[O]pioid abuse during adolescence […] can cause long-lasting neurobiological, cognitive, affective, and behavioral dysfunctions. The net result is an impaired brain function that lasts into adulthood."

If you think studies w/ mice & rats cld be applicable to humans, then RFKjr's adolescent use of heroin may be a part of the problem. Eg, "Adolescent morphine exposure induced long-term cognitive impairment and prefrontal neurostructural abnormality in adulthood in male mice"

DAILY BEAST: "Trump is reportedly locked in a bizarre standoff with the architect he personally tapped to design a new White House ballroom – b/c the president wants it even bigger than the White House itself."

In the last image his architect released, its footprint looked bigger already.

And in school buses, why require companies to install improved child restraint systems? I mean, when you think about it, it'd be less costly, and really just as good, if we instead had the companies install labels that say those improved systems aren't in this bus.*

From the link, it appears that that memo was posted in 2022 and was one of multiple attachments to something. To what? Donno.

FUN FIND: On Carter's way out the door in 1981, AAG Phil Heymann rec'd an OLC memo: "We believe that Congress may not 'waive' or abrogate its members' rights under the Speech or Debate Clause. [… T]he clause protects Congress chiefly by protecting the speech and debate of every member."

"But–?"
"What does the thermostat say?"

When I first read that testimony clip, I thought the lawyer maybe used "guardrail" as a generic term but Bovino didn't want to accept generic and replied with "a cement barrier". But then I saw this image. 🤯 A literal guardrail. And afaik they're metal, not "cement".*

2) "But his role shrunk as Witkoff, a real estate developer TURNED diplomat, emerged as the president’s chief interlocutor with Putin and his advisers."
