I did 50 tiny jumps this morning. Gotta keep my bones happy. Gonna use the butt shaker on low for 5 mins and bike for a few...maybe 15 If I can make it that long. Getting back in the habit. Sigh again.
Tons of food prepped, so not cooking. Watched food vids to make up for it. LOL 💚
