I just devoured Resuscitation of a Hanged Man. Had to pause at points to catch my breath. This description of Denis Johnson's writing tenets rings true. Thanks for sharing it, Gerard.

Please sign this petition. It doesn't matter that the government's initial response states lamely that the right to transition is already enshrined in UK law. If the petition reaches 100k and gets debated in parliament we can lobby MPs to ask questions as per the OP. MPs are beginning to wake up.

Govt should withdraw its guidance which prevents civil servants from speaking at public or stakeholder events as this will reduce the quality of policymaking. I’m a co-signatory of this letter in The Times coordinated by @instituteforgovernment.org.uk a
