It has been confirmed that Alex was a lawful gun owner and did not threaten ICE with a weapon. Early video reports indicate the weapon was taken by ICE and shots were then fired to execute him.

He was legally carrying a firearm on his waistband for personal protection, completely within his 2nd Amendment rights he never unholstered his weapon. He was carrying a camera. The gun was removed and when he was unarmed after the 6 agents got done beating the shit out him, they executed him🤬🤬🤬
