China is developing their own advanced chip technology and doesn't want their companies using US tech as a crutch. Once US corporations realize they're behind they won't blink an eye at buying Chinese tech because they only care about profit, not what's best for the country.

If Machado is installed as a puppet dictator by Trump in exchange for this medal then everything that went into her selection for the Nobel Peace Prize is invalidated. Trump taking this medal is like a billionaire buying someone's Superbowl ring, it doesn't mean anything at that point.

One of the biggest hallmarks portraying Nazis and Russians in old movies was them going up to citizens and demanding "Show me your papers"! Are we seriously going to allow this in the USA? If you live in a red state or have one of the Democrats who are supporting the GOP, call them and complain.
