I wonder if it's not a popular view but I rather love Mrs. Oliver, I wish Christie had given her books in her own right although perhaps not for murder specifically. 🤭 #reading

Really enjoying getting back into reading more about programming and technology. Don't always have the energy with the added mental load of school admin as well, I'm more inclined to confine myself to recreational reading that doesn't require thinking. 🙀

The more Mrs. Oliver shows herself and is trotting around getting up to shenanigans the more I think Christie was getting sick of writing Poirot novels, but I adore her all the same. 🤭 #reading

Made a start on setting up a planned retro(ish) gaming PC yesterday. Used the monitor that was nearest to confirm the current state of the machine, but I feel so gross making Acorn hardware show me XP I grabbed a different monitor fast. 🤣

Found my Hearts of Salt proof copy in a drawer while rummaging for monitor cables and just from a peek I feel like my writing has developed a whole lot since publishing this, makes me want to start a reread to see how my feelings have changed about it. 🤭

Haven't been doing a lot of #gamedev tinkering for some time due to being embedded in book editing and the general distractions of keeping a toddler alive, but here's the early stages of something I've been dropping ten minutes on here and there, just because it's kinda fun to look at. 🤭
