UPDATE: Alberto Castañeda Mondragón suffered 8 skull fractures and brain hemorrhages after a severe beating by ICE agents.
He has no criminal record.
As of now, there is STILL no federal investigation.
For a few days, he forgot he has a daughter due to the severity of his brain injuries.
