There is no need for legislators when the executive branch operates autocratically.

We're spending $20B to bail out Argentina, but they cut USAID down to the bone, causing deaths around the world. The entire budget of USAID, the whole agency, was $21B last year. Shameful.

Democrats need to jump on the Argentina bailout – and tie it to cuts in health care for Americans. It's not "America First." It's "Suck Up to Trump First."
