Today I learned you can keep project-specific Blender export addons in your Godot game repo and just load them directly in Blender by adding a path 🤷

Rendered myself a planet named Twinsun from my fav 1994 game LBA1, blender/cycles for the render, maps for the planet painted and edited in gimp. Volumetric materials for the atmosphere, clouds, aurora, stars made with a voronoi pattern naturally ;3

Made a night and day cycle!
And fixed a million things along the way, changed a ton too, down to shadow and rim lighting colour being dependent on the sun position.

Updates! Sequences are cool, bones with physics are nice to set up, timelines are kinda nicer in unity but overall UE is p fun to work in :)!

Updates! Sequences are cool, bones with physics are nice to set up, timelines are kinda nicer in unity but overall UE is p fun to work in :)!
