Do we not have a moral obligation to make kinder choices when modern society allows us the privilege of doing just that? #FriendsNotFood

It was a lot of labour. But one of our most popular dishes at Hucknall. The tahini mayo was a complete accident.

What animals experience on farms is nothing short of bullying. 😔

We bully them for our taste pleasure, and we exploit them simply because they're weaker than us. 💔

If you think this is wrong, #WorldVeganMonth is the time to align your actions with your morals and live vegan.

Veganism is about minimizing harm ‘as far as is possible and practicable’, it’s really not that complicated.

Doesn’t it seem like we humans are the only species on the planet too stupid to get out of our own way? Did evolution put us here to self destruct and take every living thing with us?

The EAT-Lancet Commission tried to answer a simple question: how can we feed ten billion people without destroying the planet? The answer, eat fewer animals, more plants, was never radical. What’s radical is the scale of deception required to silence it.
#Yes2Meat: Inside the Meat Industry’s Digital Counter-Strike
When the EAT-Lancet Commission launched its “planetary health diet” in 2019, it was never just a nutrition study.

Disgusting. Wonder how may animal
Ag lobbyists are there, too. 🤔
The 2 largest drivers of the climate crisis!
BREAKING 🚨: COP30 is flooded with 1,600 fossil fuel lobbyists.

One in every 25 people inside the climate talks is working for the industry that caused this crisis.

They outnumber almost every country, including those losing lives to storms, drought and heat.

It's bizarre how society lauds the routine exploitation of animals as normal while calling basic decency 'extreme.'

Humans must be the voice for all other species, and we must not be cowards. We must speak for them, fight for them and mourn them when we fail.

Respecting animals can lead to a more compassionate and empathetic worldview, which benefits both animals and humans. It encourages a sense of humility and teaches the value of all living beings.

Exactly!!! Most vegans have heard some form of the ‘you think you’re better than me’ line from non-vegans. It’s not that vegans think we’re superior to non-vegans…we just don’t think we’re superior to non-humans in any way that justifies killing them unnecessarily.

#BiodiversityLoss The livestock industry kills far more species than most people realize 💔

[230,000+ badgers have been killed out of a population estimated at 485,000, all in a misguided attempt to control bovine #TB, a mostly cattle-to-cattle spread disease]

Learn to see past the cruel & meaningless #LIVESTOCK label 🏷️

The animals we eat are no less emotionally complex than the companion animals we consider family. The only difference is our generational conditioning, clever marketing & their unfortunate circumstances.

Hauled toward a brutal end. After a short life spent in filthy, cramped sheds. Never seen sunlight. Never touched grass. Innocent lives. Exploited without the slightest necessity.

Do you think this is okay?
