Holy hell I gotta remember to order some 13x19 paper. Doing poster-size prints on tiled letter is EXHAAAAAAUUUUSTING.

Apparently the #cat is thrilled with the temporary absence of our coffee table while we do some work in the LR. Sometimes we walk in and he's sitting right in the center, staring at the wall? Do circular ring-pattern textiles that clash violently with one's fur somehow channel Cosmic Cat Energy?

I have regrets (not really, it was def overdue, and no time like the present since we're about to ditch the fuggo track lights for recessed and also paint the cabinets) but this is a COLOSSAL pain in the ass. Next time I do this : SHOWER CAP.

Not shown: the effing waterheater that had a JUMBO catastrophic failure & turned it into a mini sauna. Sheets blankets velvet duvet 6 yards silk dupioni antique jacquard ALL MY YARN. Lysol inhalation, 2 dead bugs, Kilz in my hair :(

![A small closet in a hallway, empty except for the wallmounted strips of wood that support the shelves. Which I had to remove. And then also remove the vertical screwed-in board that secures them on the right. Because the water heater that lives in this closet, unbeknownst to us until I saw a tiny puddle on the [WOOD] floor, woke up I'm guessing a week and a half ago and CHOSE. VIOLENCE. Hot water dripping off the bottoms of the shelves, mold growing on the walls. After eight loads of laundry (it was filled to the brim with multiple sets of sheets, blankets, two quilts, a velvet duvet, six yards of black silk dupioni, antique jacquard upholstery fabric that was my grandmother's, two additional boxes of fabric, multiple spare bed pillows, and an enormous box full of wool / mohair / alpaca / cotton / silk yarn), and an entire day to take everything out, unscrew the shelves, mop everything up, Lysol the hell out of it five times, and then paint the whole thing with Kilz...
