ICE is out of control and Congress' inaction is allowing this agency to kill people.

Impeaching Kristi Noem is the bare minimum—we have to stop giving this rogue agency funding, pursue charges against these officers who violate human rights and unmask these agents so we can hold them accountable.

Trump: "With that being said, you can't have guns. You can't walk in with guns. You just can't. You can't walk in with guns. You can't do that. But it's just a very unfortunate incident."

Alex Pretti was the best of us. He was murdered by the worst of us. May his memory be a blessing.

May his killers face swift justce.
The execution of Alex Pretti is playing so badly because you can look at his actions and life story - his last act was helping, boy scout, athlete, health care worker to veterans - and compare those to the men who killed him and know which you would want to be your son, brother, father, uncle.

Pal, there are people who bring AR’s to the grocery store and you’re totally cool with that so maybe sit this one out.

Alex Pretti was an American hero. He saved lives. He protected people. He cared deeply about his community, unlike the murderous thugs who killed him.

The very last thing he did was try to help a woman who had been pepper-sprayed and violently shoved to the ground by ICE. 1/

What crime was Pretti suspected of committing? Helping someone who fell down is now a felony punishable by death In Trump’s America.
BASH: It feels as though you're blaming the victim here

BOVINO: The victims are the Border Patrol agents. I'm not blaming the Border Patrol agents. The victims are the Border Patrol agents.

New Rule: Anti-Ice protestors don’t have 2nd Amendment rights (or really, any rights)
On the execution in Minnesota: Obviously, the individuals involved should be held accountable. But responsibility goes to the top of ICE and CBP, and DHS. Their appropriations come up next week in the senate. Not a cent for DHS without pulling ICE and CBP off the streets, in MN and everywhere else.

Yesterday's hearing with Jack Smith, Republicans didnt once try to challenge him on the merits of his findings. Their only argument was if Jack Smith spied on members or if he had a witness when he signed his oath. Eric Swalwell was right when he said they are lucky republicans aren't under oath.

Today should be the 53rd anniversary of the right to abortion in America.

Instead, Donald Trump's Supreme Court justices overturned Roe v. Wade, and reproductive rights are under attack across the country.

We're fighting back.

Jamie Dimon and @postopinions.bsky.social should check their facts. Right now, federal law prevents states from doing this—and it's the big banks who want to keep it that way.

If you want to get on board to let states cap credit card rates and lower costs, I’m ready to pass the bill.
