Don't mention the fossil fuels. This is so damn simple the more we fly, the more we drive our cars up the mountains the more the snow, ice and permafrost is going to melt. It seems that humans are so stupid that they can't see the problem they are creating. www.smithsonianmag.com/science-natu...

NEW: Trump's coup is almost complete. And the attack on the press is a central piece of it. Bezos's gutting of the Washington Post cannot be allowed to be just another blip in the news cycle.

We are all going to have to fight for a free and independent press.

Jeff Bezos just destroyed the climate reporting at one of the biggest papers in the country. Makes you think he doesn't really care about addressing climate change, right?

So what is he getting for his massive donations to many large climate related NGOs?

He knows. Do you?

Us and them is too simple but those that contribute the least to climate change often suffer the most, unlike those on their skiing trips, cruises, cheap holidays in the sun, driving their SUV 1km to the shops etc. We all have a responsibility to change. www.aljazeera.com/features/202...

There's possibly some attribution to climate change in this issue and maybe that will come to light. The general issue is that precipitation globally, in rain and snow is changing and despite heavier falls water shortages and retention are becoming more common. www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/s...
