SCOOP: Nursing home companies donated $4.8M to Trump's super PAC in Aug-Sept.

Their executives landed a lunch in Aug. with Trump at his NoVa golf club where they asked him to revoke a rule to increase staffing to prevent patient neglect.

His administration revoked the rule a few months later.

A person was shot and is in critical condition after an incident involving U.S. Border Patrol near the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona on Tuesday morning, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said.

Videos verified by The New York Times show Alex Jeffrey Pretti, the man federal agents shot and killed in Minneapolis on Saturday, was holding a phone, not a gun, when the agents took him to the ground and shot him. In total, at least 10 shots appear to have been fired within five seconds.
