Class struggle guy. Infantile Communist. Product of non-Ivy League public schools.

I live on Oahu.
He was told his whole life he was Native American, and participated in activism and cultural aspects of Native communities, and tried to verify it, only to find he is not. He fully admits he was wrong and grapples with it here. archive.ph/MghqG

I don't hate Maddow as much as many of you and still watch her show for liberal anti-MAGA criticism. But this image really brings out how scared MSNOW anchors are of her. She's their boss. Look at them giving the "we're all doing great for the company and love our jobs!" look. Palpable fear.

Here is a picture of her getting pied in 2007 at the US Social Forum in Atlanta for you. It was carried out by the Co-optation Watch cell of Bakers Without Borders, against "Code Pinkerton."

Horror reality tv: Four MAGA spokespeople fawn over "Commander Bovino's" aw shucks Howdy Doody Gestapo stories. Their child like laughter reminiscent of 4th graders' question & answer time with a local police dad. "Thank you, Commander. The American people love what you're doing and how you do it!"

Check this out: Letters sometimes disappear and reappear in my bluesky posts. See the word "think" in both screenshots below. Same thing happens in Safari, Opera, Chrome. Also, in Safari, the prompt goes to the start of the line unless you type slow when you start and posts become jumbled. Weird.

Pluribus episode 4 was great. I remember watching Better Call Saul and finding it a bit boring until I got used to the meticulous nature of a lot of the episodes and the claustrophobic use of office, business, and retail space. I think the new show needs the same patience to see what it becomes.

Jacobin's red-brown big guns, Fazi and Marcetic, celebrate a possible "peace deal" by blaming Ukraine for Putin's brutal invasion with the old lie "they didn't implement Minsk," and charging anyone supporting Ukraine's resistance w/ hypocrisy unless they report for duty on the front line.

The descriptions of the activities on Epstein Island are a huge nothing-burger.

I mentioned the anti-YIMBY perspective, which really gets going in the last part of the article. Carlsson writes about challenging the sanctity of private property, and there is a good section on the concept of land trusts and tenant managed housing that is taken off the market and community owned.

Tom Wetzel is a working class organizer, founder of the (original) Workers Solidarity Alliance, LA bus-riders union member, and author of Overcoming Capitalism: Strategy for the Working Class in the 21st Century. I helped organize the 2005 SF Fare Strike with him and enjoy his takes on YIMBY.

Oh no, is she going to start a cult when she gets out?

These props may end up biting NYC in the ass, especially on affordable housing.

GROK: Put up a trending story about the Epstein emails' focus on Trump's involvement with sex parties that makes Trump look like the good guy and a hero of the working class.

To be clear I don't speak for her or presume to know all her views on anything, just what I see as a misrepresentation by you here. Other than that, the report noted the way that housing was being built in the city was favoring the rich. That's the big problem. A legitimate reality to call out.
November 13, 2025 at 7:34 AM
You're misrepresenting her views on housing and intentionally misinterpreting even this one post you post here. She's not a nimby or a left nimby. She wants truly affordable housing and opposes developers who gentrify neighborhoods thereby driving up rents for those who get priced out.

What they used to say about Johnny Thunders totally applies to the Democrats: "Always snatching defeat from the jaws of victory."

Isn't this what ACA pretty much does already? It's not perfect, but Trump acting like he's going after private insurance companies by shrieking that people be sent money to spend on private insurance companies is dumb. He, Republicans, and sadly, most Dems, have been team privatization forever.

Yesterday's ICE raid on Kauai siezed 44 people. The head of the Indivisible chapter on Kauai (not the statewide group) is going on record supporting this raid and legitimizing claims of Tren de Aragua involvement. See her BS in this news report: www.khon2.com/video/kauai-...

"One of the most disgusting things anybody has said about this came from Emma Vigeland at the Majority report...at the end of this post where she says 'do we want an authentic working class party or not?'" I laughed and clapped several times during this episode. #IDSG

This makes me happy. I see that I'm cited (Comrade Motopu) in Alana Lentin's 2025 book _The New Racial Regime: Recalibrations of White Supremacy_. My article on Catherine Liu, "The PMC meets the Tucker Carlson Left," on libcom.
