Literally who is not taking Mondami seriously on the Left. He's made amends with Hochul. Even the few who remain against (Jeffries, who's wrong of course) definitely are taking him seriously?
So now you're taking DSA and Working Families seriously, given that they just won the NYC mayoral election and NJ-11. Right? Right?

Yeah. Hey, do you happen to know anyone who is in a position of power, maybe someone in a powerful role in the Senate, who can do something about all that?
A picture is worth a thousand words. How does AG Pam Bondi sleep at night?

they tried to form a congressional commission of both houses on feb 15. republicans in the senate nixed it.

thats not months.
Who decided to wait months before forming the J6 committee?

Who decided to let Liz Cheney run it?
February 11, 2026 at 2:51 PM
they … uh … they impeached him?

then tried a congressional commission in february that the gop senate shot down in may. then do a house select committee from july all the way to 2023

what are we doing here.
Not sure if this is the case but holy shit was it the case with Jan 6 when EVERYONE agreed it was one of the worst things Ever and then Dems… let millions of people just lose interest in a matter of weeks
Sadly, this is why Democratic leaders needed to act when the iron was hot — to lead, get out on the streets, and mobilize public opinion.

It may now be that their moment has passed and the public has moved on. If so, what a shame; what a lost opportunity.

what is (((jewish))) money? is it like different than money money?
February 11, 2026 at 5:14 AM
there are some serious m fn antisemitic comments on this post. there are quite a few anti semites on this website.
I have to say, I do not love this new trend of large liberal accounts with millions of followers identifying Jews.
February 11, 2026 at 4:35 AM
no but that said “jewish billionaire” when they don’t say “christian billionaire, herr goebbels. but nice pre-prepped meme mentioning (((israel)))
February 11, 2026 at 4:33 AM
i have yet to read a news story or see one of these “anti zionist” posts once mention “christian billionaires. that is fkn weird for sure.
February 11, 2026 at 4:31 AM
he was a “jewish billionaire”. he wasn’t a “supporter of israel.”. just say what you mean dude.
Talk about "Israel-backers" or "zionists" or whatever. That's a term that accurately describes what's happening and doesn't tar a whole bunch of perfectly nice people who just happened to be born in a specific religion.
February 11, 2026 at 4:30 AM
why is it relevant that they are jewish. just say it. say why it is relevant that they are jewish.
February 11, 2026 at 4:29 AM
no you see he’s a (((JEWISH))) billionaire so …
I have to say, I do not love this new trend of large liberal accounts with millions of followers identifying Jews.

While I detest ICE, how many had been killed — never being in or simply removed from the “formal camp system” — by Nazi Germany prior to 1942?

1941, alone, Nazis murdered 1.5-2M Jews.
How many “held” in Warsaw Ghetto alone?
Zyklon B use started in Aushwitz.

Etc.

This is a horrid analogy.

jfc the antisemitism in the comments. had to stop at the cartoon w the star of david controlling both parties.
I thought for sure this was an old quote. He said this statement this morning.
Doesn't seem like this should be his job

it can’t be fixed. it’s not just the top. the rot goes all the way to the street.

disarm it, dismantle it, abolish it.
I support cleaning house at DHS.

Greg Bovino should be fired.
Kristi Noem should be fired.
Stephen Miller should be fired.

But none of those things alone will fix ICE – a new figure will take their place, and nothing will change unless Congress exerts some muscle here.
January 28, 2026 at 5:36 PM
counterpoint: there are no laws that can be passed that can reform ICE. That avenue is as much of a mugs game as “reform” through EO.
It is obscene that any member of Congress is suggesting that we can EO our way out of murder. Pass laws to reform ICE or get out of your damn job to make way for people who understand Congress' role. But don't ask for Trump to fix the mess your cowardice created. . (2/2)

for non-chicagoans, John Kass is the former con columnist who took the holy page in the chicago tribune once owned by mike royko. he quit after his colleagues called his “soros” antisemitism out.

oh, and he thinks it’s appropriate to call michelle obama “moochelle”.

Since July, I've tracked at least 2,300 cases in which federal judges have ruled ICE has illegally detained people without bond or due process.

This is one that stands out:

someone needs to cut video going back and forth between Minn protests and Jan 6. interviews with the protesters versus the insurrectionists, etc.

the great thing about courtrooms is that the trump vance noem gaslighting just enormously does not work. like never. lose credibility with a jury in the first five minutes and you will never get it back
Imagine this in a trial.

Devastating first-hand witness to Alex Pretti's killing

Declaration filed in federal court:

"I don't know why they shot him. He was only helping. I was five feet from him and they just shot him."

dear staffer who wrote this: please stop. “reigning in” is seriously missing the moment. go to your chief of staff or whoever tells you what to post and tell them they are sincerely missing the moment.
It's simple: the DHS bill isn't going to pass if its lawlessness isn't reined in.
Democrats sought common sense reforms in the Department of Homeland Security spending bill, but because of Republicans’ refusal to stand up to President Trump, the DHS bill is woefully inadequate to rein in the abuses of ICE. I will vote no.
