My cat's name pairs better with my surname than mine* does.
*In this case we have two options: the first name by which I went from birth until spring 2004, and the middle name by which I have gone since.

Four days in a row of form-focused yoga was fabulous. Today I needed a break, and that's reasonable!
The Sunday Scaries, after three work days away (which became a staycation thanks to northeastern air travel delays) have set in a bit early.
So, a Beach House album, some vinho verde, and cat time.

My vet suggested we cut a year off Leo's estimated age!
Leo is estimated to be four years and three months old, and is enjoying brushing his mass alongside door frames and furniture, periodically stopping to play a bit. A sweet domestic mediumhair! It is handy I have an excellent vacuum.

Unpacking for a canceled trip done. Gin restocked at home for a martini to go with the Chinese en route. Both theatre tickets sold on Theatr. Airline refund request in progress and hotel canceled before the cutoff. A 54 Below show can't be transferred via Theatr but I'm fine eating that cost.

I'm checked in for an early evening flight to LGA tomorrow, hopeful it doesn't get canceled tonight or tomorrow. I have a to-do list of things to cancel and tickets to try to sell if I can't get out. Fingers crossed.
