Assuming a near closed loop system that would violate the laws of thermodynamics. You could add efficiency but then you're chasing diminishing returns without having a strong input of energy to the system or having a place to sink the heat continuously. Multilayered heat pumps might be of interest.

I could not avoid having a personal vehicle for the work I do. But I am on-site dispatch for troubleshooting or installation. Consequently to ease my conscience I buy used vehicles so the carbon footprint to build new ones is at least avoided.

They need to finish processing seized Russian assets and money into Ukrainian support as well. This American is happy to see Europeans doing what is necessary. And I'm sorry it's because our leadership has been laden with kompromat. I hope we can correct these mistakes in due time.
