In the United States, press freedom is a fundamental human right, which reinforces all other rights. No court has any lawful authority to aid Trump in his blatantly corrupt, criminal efforts to end press freedom.
In case you missed this, the BBC edited a historian's speech about Trump to remove the claim that he's "the most openly corrupt president in US history." This came after Trump had threatened a $1 billion lawsuit.

The First Amendment makes it unlawful to abridge the right to redress. The 10th Amendment gives states power to defend basic rights. Executive orders cannot alter or abridge fundamental Constitutional rights. The lust of AI companies for unfettered power cannot change that.

There is no legitimate reason a federal agent could ever use to justify shooting journalists with chemical agents. No government action can lawfully restrict the freedom of the press to report independently on government actions.
