Worth noting the mechanism by which Israel were kept in the EBU held a vote on accepting the new set of rule changes, with a vote on Israel's participation only to go ahead if the new rule changes weren't accepted.
I think this is what Parliamentarians call a "wrecking amendment."

Very pessimistic about this because I - realistically- do not see a 3/4 majority happen.
