Asking for help isn't easy and every time I do it I want to run back hyper-independence. People will test you with broken promises and make you go through "begging" them to do what they said they would do.

I don't know how to build community or find community. I have realised that maybe expecting the worst in people and using that as a strategy to be safe, is not safe at all. It's just a recipe for isolation.

I realised I should stop thinking of my therapist as my friend, when I expected her to call me frequently to talk to me outside our sessions.

I would like to come back as a sentient cloud just gather from time to time, mostly just floating.
I will always fight like hell for a better world. But man, I still just hope the next life is a softer one. I would like to just be a dragon in the clouds all day every day.
