Two stars appear on the polar horizon of the world. "A failed revolution becomes a race against extinction. The leaders of a successful revolution are treacherously massacred by the defeated interstellar government. Pursuit of fugitives from the massacre leads to a confrontation on an unexplored world that threatens humanity with extinction, in which even the name of the species will be lost to time. The most powerful bureaucracy in human history, facing the exposure of its unthinkable crimes by the conflict, contemplates an even greater crime—a “thought experiment”, called DISUNION."

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

Amazon says 'indeed' to a new 'Stargate' show for Prime Video.

I'm worried that it will end up mediocre, like "Atlantis", or complete garbage, like "Universe". And the ending of "SG-1" just cut the story off in the middle without further explanation.

A third bottle was popped open, and another swig of harsh, burning liquor was slurped down. She hadn’t felt this broken or useless since the Blind Cliffs. But where she found strength in her anger then, she now only felt tired and depleted. She tried to think of that “happy place” Monty Kenko talked about and saw only an empty void. The same damned abyss that had been waiting for her ever since that awful day in Vigor. She fulfilled her destiny and had been waiting to die ever since. A dull growl rumbled through the palace. It sounded like thunder. Her head swayed upward toward the skylight where she saw only darkness. A storm was coming. Maybe the Fury God was angry with her? Isn’t that what Dinah-Celeste kept bothering her about? She should’ve been Ikari’s Champion according to her. “Then strike me down, asshole.”
