The face that launched a thousand ships. Simply one of the best rock n roll songs ever. As important as "Rock Around The Clock" or "Johnny B Goode". I don't think you can have a serious "Top 10 Rock Songs" conversation without it.

Largely forgotten here but shouldn't be: DJT humiliated by Lulu in Brazil. "I talked to him last night and we're going to be meeting" then says he doesn't know about the arrest. That undoubtedly unsecured call is probably how they learned he was going to flee. 💚💛💙🇧🇷

I loved Give 'Em Enough Rope. The production quality caused controversy, pissing off British journos as a dinosaur rock sellout. As if Mick ever hid his love of Mott or Bowie. Rancid or Green Day drew as much from this as London Calling and despite allegedly poor songwriting, it's pack with classics

Because 30 year old racist, misogynist (look up some of the controveries), lawyers who somehow manage to keep falling upwards are the new norm in Trump world. Indeed, the entire conservative movement is built around people like Ingrassia. Deliberately cultivated and deployed. "Where's my Roy Cohn?"

Holy shit. So Elon decides it would be nice to know what region of the world people are posting from. So they add that little feature.
2 hours later they figure out that many Trump supporters with millions of followers are posting from other countries. Surprise!
That "feature" is now gone.

Yet another unique way to stimulate cellular immunity against cancer.

Very happy for Eze.
As a Palace fan, breaks my heart ... I suspect we'd currently be in 2nd with him but it is what it is, as the kids say. Just like Olise.
Meanwhile, I'm celebrating Yeremy's 1st Premier League goal and how Glasner is developing our depth.

Wish 'em well, let 'em go and keep going!

And while you're here, if you've never seen it, "Election" (1999) is a great, underrated, black comedy gem. Reese Witherspoon and Matthew Broderick are fantastic, great supporting cast to boot.

Such a shame that John Roberts and his five Republicans colleagues, in their corruption and hubris, both protected candidate Trump and declared absolute immunity for him as president. Such a shame that the GOP united to protect him and his co-conspirators after J6.

This doesn't end with Trump.
Read the joint statement from myself, Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Representatives Jason Crow (D-CO-06), Chris Deluzio (D-PA-17), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH-02), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA-06):

Ah, the forgottten art of handwriting. I used to write page after page after page; journals, letters to friends, short stories. That feeling when the muse is feeding you, your brain is pulsing, but your hands, try as feverishly as they might, just can't keep up.

Keyboards never matched it for me.
I will somehow be able to decipher this in the morning in order to transcribe it into the #wip, but I can't tell you exactly how 😆
