Absolutely gutted to lose to this lot. We weren’t good enough, simple as that. Didn’t take our chances, use our possession or defend as well as we needed. It’s as simple as that. #lufc

I'm prepared to accept that we, as mere fans, don't understand the vast complexities of a Premier League transfer window. "why didn't we just go get x?", "Why did we wait until the last day?", "Brownhill's on a free, go get him Leeds!". I'm prepared to accept things aren't as simple as this.
