Congrats to Lisa Murkowski on voting for a bill that she herself admitted was not ready in hopes that the House would change it. Now it’ll become law. She had the power to stop it, and instead chose to become complicit. That’s her legacy.

I flew down from DC to Charleston today, and Sen Tim Scott was behind me. I wish I had the courage to confront him, but confronting people on airlines in this atmosphere could wind me in El Salvador. I looked him in the eye as I collected my bag and gave him a look of disgust. I hope he felt it
