I understand why you say that based on your understanding of the situation. The reason I disagree is because specifically the Supreme Court is not allowing Trump to control the National Guard (which he's not "already doing") because there is no "rebellion". So he is trying to provoke a "rebellion"

you don't blame the candidates for not being more electable? how hard is it to beat trump? apparently the democratic party is no good at it. They would rather lose than allow the people to elect a decent candidate.
