Whenever I look at something, my next step is often to mute or block it - especially if I’m interested, & as a result, the Algorithm doesn’t know WHAT to do with me.
If you feel like your #mentalhealth is low, take a break from #socialmedia. Go for a walk, call someone you love, help someone else.

I don't really love that my social media feeds are 100% political now. Because it's affecting my mental health in a serious way. I want to train my algorithm to show me cute videos of animals and other wholesome things, without losing my ability to know what's happening too. Ugh. I need escape😭
