Fifty years ago today the Edmund Fitzgerald, carrying a load of iron ore, sank in a heavy storm on Lake Superior. All 29 hands were lost. Remember them and their families. Those who mine and mill the ore, those who ship it and those who turn it into steel face many hazards. Think of them as well.

People have looked to the stars, old calendars and math, apparently, and concluded that our zodiac identities are all messed up. “Corner Gas” (🇨🇦 all-time top-rated sit-com; on Prime) of course has an episode on this. “Safety First,” season 3, episode 10. And of course it involves Hank.
