Well, you quoted my post in your own post that I cannot reply to, so I'll reply here.
You can certainly have the opinion that people who are 18 years old and 1 day old should not have sex with people who are 17 years and 365 days old. I just don't think it's an opinion that makes any sense.

Please define ex-cohort mating. I'm not sure what that means and how it applies to someone who is 16 sleeping with someone three years older than them.
Are you implying that a 19 year old cannot be in the same "cohort" with a 16 year old? They could have gone to high school together for two years.
