These were technically placeholder assets, although before the 2022 Niche Fighter Fete fundraiser I didn't expect I'd be able to actually find an artist for bespoke character sprites.
They're.. somewhat "load-bearing" as most of the "real" animations share the same animation events with the jermas

Okay, I do admit that sometimes there's just some fighting games that are out there but also everyone can basically ToD you by comboing into your launcher multiple times.
