The DWP have responded to my FOI request. Their figures indicate that 87% of clamants currently receiving PIP daily living at the standard rate, and 13% of claimants receiving enhanced rate, are likely to lose their entitlement if the score 4 changes go ahead.

In today's Green Paper, the government has announced cuts to #disability benefits targeting some of the most vulnerable people in society.

Law Centres believe this is cruel and unnecessary.
A quote from Dan Manville of Greater Manchester Law Centre which reads: "'These cuts are nothing short of horrendous. A large proportion of our welfare rights clients are likely to see a significant reduction in their weekly income. “The most vulnerable in society are being forced to shoulder the costs of the government’s strategic choices while corporate profits go untaxed.'"
