Knew him mostly from THE THING (1982), but HE’S MY GIRL (1987) was on heavy cable rotation in my youth and he was fun to watch in that one. Also, the first season of SAVED BY THE BELL (technically, GOOD MORNING, MISS BLISS). RIP.
We are heartbroken to hear of the passing of T. K. Carter, beloved by genre fans for his role as Nauls in John Carpenter’s 1982 classic THE THING.

I have long thought Tarantino to be our best film critic - but the medium for his critique is film, not print. I was not as taken by Cinema Speculation as I thought I would be - in writing, which has the cadence of his vocal patterns, he's too in love with the shock take. Remember his TOP GUN riffs?
