How has nobody done reporting on the DC Circuit panels? There are only 4 Trump judges on the Circuit and they’re on every. single. panel. without fail. There’s *clearly* something untoward going on here.

No idea...a motion for mandamus is limited to 7,800 words so maybe they wanted to give respondents that much plus a little extra for the ancillary issues? And replies are generally ~1/2 the length of principal briefs.

The DC Circuit has pretty strict rules for formatting and length but this doesn’t appear to match any of them (which is probably why it’s specified in the order)

It needs to be phased in over many years by gradually lowering the enrollment age until it covers everyone. And we need to elect people who care more about good policy than their own jobs.

I like Bluesky but largely disagree that this is a site for “quality discourse.” If you toe the party line, sure, but if have even the tiniest disagreement with leftist consensus you’ll get mobbed and labeled (literally) every -ism in the book (and yes, I’m speaking from experience).
