Another link to an X post (of course) from a random account that’s just a screenshot of the top free iOS apps. Again, no numbers and not even a hint of support that these apps are “unregulated and potentially more dangerous” or that kids are downloading them “en masse.”
Countless adults who are unable or unwilling to link their government ID to their online activity or comply with age verification requirements another way can't access major social platforms; calls to a youth suicide prevention help line reportedly up as teens were cut off from their online support networks and communities; kids began downloading unregulated and potentially more dangerous apps en masse; and it was revealed that a primary advocacy group behind the ban's passage was developing an Al tool to track students and was funded and co-staffed by a firm that was simultaneously making gambling ads.

On Wednesday, Australia's highly controversial social media ban, which blocked millions of users from large swaths of the internet, went into effect. So far, it has had devastating consequences.

This line in particular is absurd…it links to an X post (of course) that links to a news article noting, almost as an aside, that Kids Helpline saw a “‘noticeable increase in contacts’ in the past *three to four weeks.*” No numbers, no explanation, Lorenz seems to have just made up that conclusion.

For one, future administrations may not want to allow prosecutions, especially of anyone who was simply following orders — both because of the likely political backlash and to avoid setting a precedent that could inhibit their own actions.

I love how NYT will say this in one story while breathlessly, baselessly reporting every few weeks that Harvard is “close to reaching an agreement” with the regime 🙄
Brown, for instance, committed to spending $50 million over 10 years on work force programs, while Columbia agreed to a $200 million fine, as well as a $21 million contribution to a claims fund. Penn's agreement did not include a financial component. The administration has been unable to reach terms with its biggest target, Harvard, despite months of negotiations.

For one thing, if what you’re saying is true then Apple’s attorneys submitted materially false documents to the court.

I encourage you to read the article again, because it says nothing remotely close to what you claim it does. The upshot:
Haaretz does not know whether or how many civilians and soldiers were hit due to these procedures, but the cumulative data indicates that many of the kidnapped people were at risk, exposed to Israeli gunfire, even if they were not the target.
