Another member of county committee is in Columbia Democrats and I asked him if chatgpt cheating is really that prevalent or are people being hysterical and he said "oh no it's much worse than you think, maybe 1/5 students are still reading some of the books"

Some excellent gaming this weekend. Really love all these games, Ark Nova was the new game and probably the heaviest we've done. It's very very good.

Trying a new, pared back beef stew recipe. Just onion, carrot, tomato paste, beef, Guinness, stock and herbs. Will report back.

The mayoral forum was heartening, it's not going to be hard to rank five out of the 7-8 who'll eventually run. Brad Lander is probably the consensus candidate. Zohran, Zelnor and Jessica Ramos all good and smart and young. Stringer knows what he's doing.

Mediating a big family compromise for dinner tonight by assuring dad that a nice carbonara "will actually go okay with the leftovers" and also "there really aren't that many leftovers" and "the carbonara will use up the pancetta which is technically a leftover too"
