I should probably make a "games what I beat 2025" thing now, right? may as well use this game for the opener tweet, which is still early access so I'm not counting it as beaten, but depending on when it hits 1.0 it might turn up again! wild times

Retro metroidvanias have brought us Metroid-likes, Castlevania-likes, Galious-likes, and even the odd Zelda II-like, but what I REALLY want is a. a Blaster Master clone that preserves the side-scrolling-overworld-and-top-down-dungeons conceit, and b. a version of Demon's Crest that doesn't suck.
