If you don’t live in a big city you basically get zero shot at seeing these movies in theaters. If I Had Legs I’d Kick You was out for one week. Found out that Wednesday and already had plans for the weekend and by the next week it was gone.

Always been the risk with populism. Going against status quo is needed. But some people you throw in with have much different ideas about what’s wrong with the status quo.

If you don't actively seek Chuck Schumer being removed as Senate Minority Leader then I'm supporting whoever decides to primary you. Anyone that supports Chuck Schumer I'm not showing up to vote for

In my experience most conservative people I know in real life have a reflexive aversion to LGTBQ stuff but also don’t care that much about it. It is not a motivating factor to them. And a lot of them have LGTBQ family members they love even if the relationships are complicated.

Genuinely seems like a bigger factor in the 2024 than anyone would be comfortable confronting is, "People don't remember who was president in 2020."

I feel like that’s the point. Travis is alone in his head thinking about filth and degradation and just outside of his experience is people living basically a rom com life. It’s a challenge in the movie to how he sees the world.
