So the premise of the game is that you build an airplane and hope that it flies enough so that you can complete deliveries and earn currency. You can spend the currency on upgrading your plane. It also takes into account things such as CG, drag, and weight. Enjoy a clip! No wheels/gear, no problem!

You can't just flip a switch on unpaid and exhausted air traffic controllers. Things are still going to be messed up.
After the paychecks come in and folks get some sleep, they are still understaffed, and dealing with mandatory overtime and outdated equipment.
There are no quick fixes.
