Rachel Johnson defends the actions & inactions of her brother Boris Johnson during COVID: "It's as though my brother was the Grim Reaper." This pathetic & repulsive comment was broadcast on LBC. And deserves the response below.

I’d have thought nothing cuts more against our precious British values than selling out your country for Russian bribes…

And yet Reform, the right‑wing press, and all those self‑styled guardians of these values have nothing to say

…funny that.

With everyone hating on Boris Johnson, can I just say that I've reviewed the forthcoming BBC drama about Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe and I'd forgotten how his laziness and carelessness arguably endangered her life in an Iranian prison and he still didn't apologise. The fucking rat.

Incredible. The Chancellor rents out her house without council permission and there’s an enormous fuss and people saying she should resign. Reform members talk openly about genocide on Muslims - and, well - relative silence.

This seems like a good time to remind people that everyone in politics and media knew very well that Johnson was a bent, disastrous imbecile and that he was made Tory leader *specifically because* he was the candidate the Mail, the Sun, the Times, the Telegraph and the Express would all get behind.

Having Johnson & Cummings in Downing Street when Covid struck was, just like Brexit, an entirely avoidable disaster caused largely by utterly appalling journalism. And now exactly the same clowns, arses & bigots with bylines are rolling out the red carpet for Farage.

Johnson was one of those two a penny public schoolboys who memorise a bit of Greek and a chunk of Latin and recite it in the pub... sprinkled with some classical references... while everyone stands around and claps.

Not an original idea in his bone head.

Not even ersatz PG Wodehouse more PG Twits.

The UK Government failed the people during the COVID emergency. We now know as fact what we all suspected: thousands died due to their delay, dithering & incompetence. When will Boris Johnson, Dominic Cummings & Kemi Badenoch apologise unreserved for these failings?

And when will the Daily Express, Daily Mail & Daily Telegraph apologise to people for their continual promotion & endorsement of Boris Johnson which led to thousands of avoidable deaths?
